Please do not come to the surgery, unless requested to do so, if you have tested positive for Coronavirus or are displaying symptoms associated with Coronavirus.
This includes:
High temperature
A new and continuous cough
Any changes/loss to your sense of smell or taste
You are able to enter the surgery if you have no symptoms associated with Coronavirus or you have tested negative.
Face Coverings:
Covid and other infectious diseases are still spreading in our community.
To safeguard you, your fellow patients and our staff, we kindly request that you wear a face covering at all times whilst attending the surgery.
We appreciate that due to certain underlying medical conditions, that a number of our patients are exempted from wearing a face covering.
